The ID tag is inside at the heal of the neck and list information and bottom of tag says International Music Company no Country listed. It has 20 frets with the pickup in the fret board between the 18th and 19th fret.
The headstock looks like Martin with Gold Lettering says Hondo Guitars EST 1969.
